Poetry in Motion

April is Poetry Month and this year, 4/22, we celebrated Poetry Month with a themed challenge titled “Poetry in Motion”. We encouraged our team members to do some form of movement, whether it was running, walking, cycling, swimming, etc. We selected the poem “I Promise Myself” by the Goalden Lady and asked the members to pick a line from this beautiful poem that inspired and motivated them.
